I wonder how cellphone drivers would think how safe it would feel to be
landing in a plane while the pilot was yakking to his SO on a phone. No
auto-pilot allowed.

Not much difference in the amount of concentration required to land a
plane or drive in heavy traffic.

Not likely unless they'e on GCA (mainly nilitary), then it's
usually one-way, the approach controller
