and since the power, to be sold by the owners of the plants to
Pacific Gas & Electric, who is under a state mandate to have 20%% of
their power from renewable sources by 2010, it well appears that solar...

Hydrogen boost will work!

I believe Hydrogen added to your Gas will work, and building a hydrogen
boosters should not be that complicated,

Oil refineries have added butane to your gas for decades, to make your
car start better in cold climates.

Gases added to your tank do not evaporate as rapidly as fast as you may
think. the gas cap prevents the gas from evaporating,

If you add 10%% hydrogen, the hydrogen possibly could give you 50%% better
MPG.

That means if your car gets 30 mpg it could be increased to 60 mpg. that
would end the fuel crises, by forcing Gas prices back below $2.00 a
gallon..

The fuel injectors on most cars operate at 30 psi, If evaporation
presents a problem, then pressurize your fuel to 30 psi. this will
prevent the fuel pump form being over worked..

Other simple changes possibly could be necessary, such as changing the
ignition timing..

Hydrogen is not that expensive, it was used for welding for many yrs,
before electric welders were invented.

You got that right but I know there is a company that can still help
you pay less, very close to $0.99 per gallon. I tried their system

About 20 years ago a fellow converted his car to run on methane
(biogas). He drove around towing a trailer with a small methane digester
on it. He wrote a book about his experiences. I'm looking for a copy of
this book. Does anyone remember this book? The authors name? The title
of the book? (Wasn't it something like The Chicken Manure Car?) The
