Fire Destroys Vacant Skaneateles House
Syracuse, New York

The Skaneateles Fire Department responded to a house fire on Benson Road,
near Hencoop Road at 06:00 EDT Sunday morning. The house was fully involved
when crews arrived on the scene. A call for mutual aid went out to at least
8 fire departments in Onondaga and Cayuga County. No injuries were reported
and the cause of the fire is under investigation.
