Lawsuit Points Fingers At Furniture Makers
Charleston, South Carolina

There are 7 furniture makers, which the lawsuit says are responsible because
they created furniture they knew had a type of foam that is highly
flammable.

Throughout the suit, the attorneys claim furniture containing polyurethane
foam creates a "severely toxic" and "ultra hazardous" situation.

Materials, the suit says, that if ignited would burn and consume oxygen
pretty fast and produce toxic gases and smoke.
