Overcrowded Nightclubs Donate To Fire Foundation

SAN DIEGO, California -- Three local nightclubs will be donating more than
$10,000 to supplement the fire department after being caught with too many
people in their establishments.

Gaslamp Tavern and Xavier's Bar and Grill violated the occupancy limit 4
times last year.

Hennessey's in Pacific Beach did it twice.

Some of the money will be given to the Fire-Rescue Foundation which was
established after the 2003 Ceder brush fire.
