Flames Erupt Atop Center City Parking Garage
PHILADELPHIA, Pennsylvania

Thick black smoke billowed from the top of a Center City parking garage
after 3 vehicles caught fire at the height of the afternoon lunch hour

SUV caught fire at about 12:30 and flames quickly spread to two other
vehicles.
