Firefighter gear stolen; man arrested
Saturday, June 9, 2007 2233 PDT
A Wernersville man was arrested on theft charges after firefighter turnout
gear was stolen from Citizens Hose Fire Company, borough police said Friday.
Matthew C. Marks, 21, of the first block of East Penn Avenue was arraigned
early Friday on burglary, theft and related charges and committed to Berks
County Prison in lieu of $5,000 bail.
