I'm going to stream these things directly I think. You have services
like Hulu, YouTube, etc. so you can see the movement away from sat and
cable to the online medium and now you have privately ran streams
accessible through Windows Media Player for all the other channels.
What's the point of loaders and updating constantly if you can just
watch these things hassle free at your computer or even stream it
wireless to your media center enabled TV?
I downloaded the program from
http://www.satellitetvmypc.com/ and it
works well, but I'm not sure if it's the best. I can watch all my old
channels, sometimes the quality of certain overseas ones are suspect
though.
