Yeah, that crossposting is an easy thing to get suckered into
with Google too if you don't pay attention to the ng's it's going to.
That happened to me somewhere around 2 years ago when I got suckered
into crossposting a response to something about the "media liberal
bias" that actually originated from alt.hackers.malicious. I got the
usual flame for my initial response but my second post expanding on my
first got not a single comment. Lol, that's when ya know you got it
pretty well right. :-)
Sadly, Cindy's activities got little support. I always read the
CommonDreams site for keeping up on what is going on and I remember
reading her "I give up" post there when she realized that public
apathy was the true problem here and although most thinking people
were pretty much on her side of the fence there were no hard
commitments from anyone for throwing their resources behind it.
Sort of hijacked the thread here, but wtf. It's usenet.
