Dead Saddam? You mean the dictator that America helped put in power
in Iraq and keep in power? The man we armed? So what, now we're
replacing him with a puppet democracy that has to give us what we want
or we won't leave? Thousands die for a sham democracy and the death
of a man who we helped enthrone. Great job, Bush. Thanks for
ignoring the terrorists who attacked us and instead invade a country
that had nothing to do with the terrorist attacks. Genius.

No terror on America's soil. Since few of the safeguards recommended
by the 9/11 Commission haven't been enacted by Bush and since the war
on terror is only creating more terrorists--as estimated by the CIA
and other intelligence agencies--it won't be long before terrorists
attack the United States again.

Democratized Iraq. Nonsense. They have no sovereignty. They are an
occupied nation who must abide by the United States mandates. How is
that a democracy? When America leaves, then let's talk about Iraq
being a democracy.

Clinton's yadda yadda yadda. Did you forget to mention Clinton's
federal surplus spent and now we have the largest federal deficit
ever?

Lower taxes...for the very rich. And this during a time of war.
These tax breaks for the rich have succeeded in only one thing:
increase the gulf between the rich and everyone else and also eroded
what little remains of the middle class. Last time there was this
level of wealth disparity was immediately prior to the Great
Depression. There is a connection between wealth inequity and
economic downturns.

I notice that you didn't mention Enron in the con grouping. Enron had
close ties with the Bush administration. You didn't mention the
housing bubble popping nor the mortgage scandal nor the failure of
several banks and Fanny Mae and Freddy Mac. All of these failures
were set in motion over twenty years ago when the knuckleheaded
Republicans thought it would be keen to deregulate everything. When
the economists started predicting these events, instead of admitting
that deregulation doesn't work, the Republicans and Bush specifically
ignored the approaching storm.

Also, in the con grouping: The politicizing of many of the agencies
under the Bush administration, which is illegal.
The firing of US Attorneys for failure to illegally ignore Republican
crimes and to manufacture false charges against Democrats.

I could go on but we've all seen all of the negatives that Bush has
brought upon America. What is astounding is that there are people who
still support Bush. When you come on here and make false arguments to
defend Bush, you're wasting your time because most of us Liberals and
Democrats know our stuff. If you want to defend Bush, try it with
your family, friends and coworkers because most Americans are ignorant
as to what really happened in the White House.
