Last year I did a lot of seed crops so I got 9 strains
seeded and 8 sinsi to smoke but not very much of any single one (other
than Cannalope Haze, which might be 3 ounces). There was Black Domina,
Cannalope Haze, Northern Lights, Hash Plant, New York Diesel,
Afghanica, Cinderella 99, Coon Creek Creeper, and AK-47. So, I have
lots to taste test and then I can zero in on what I want to grow next.
Keep a grow journal like I do. Record all of the things you
do with the garden and the results you obtain. That gives you a big
wealth of info on which strains did what as each has it's own needs
and wants for ferts. Once you get that dialed in, that jeweler's loupe
will tell you when things are just right.
I have another whole month to wait before I can savor some
of the jarred goodies, and another 3 months longer for the last round
of herb harvested in May. The pre-jar notes I kept seemed to indicate
that I liked all of the strains! :-)
