Its true you can od particularly if you are eating it. However, what
it means is not what most expect. You may either become unconscious
and /or have a strong psychedelic experience. You may feel sick,
cramping and nausea often accompany very large oral doses. Vaporizing
it you could easily smoke enough to reach the same place (i.e. feeling
sick.) We consume a lot of hash around here, and several of my friends
have had bad experiences when they over did it. I had a three-day
cannabis trip after eating several grams in brownies. It was at time
uncomfortable, but the first night after dosing I had severe cramping,
followed by waking up in the middle of the night on what felt like one
of the most intense LSD/dmt trips I ever had (and if you know me that
is saying something) then the next morning when I woke up and looked
at Sophie and we both realized we were still high 24 hours later we
just started busting up laughing....

Nevertheless, if it were my local paper, I would write them and have
them explained that it is not particularly threatening either
physically, or or mentally and is probably just a cover story for much
worse drug abuse problems.
