Moldy bud can be used to make water hash safely. The mold
will float to the top and is skimmed off. You can make this easily
right in your kitchen. I'd trim off the larger leaves that show the
problem and as many of the smaller leaves that are involved as you can
without killing the plant. If it looks un-saveable, try harvesting it
and freezing the plant in a plastic bag right away, pressing out as
much air as you can before sealing the bag. Once everything is frozen
for a day or two, chop it all up and make your icewater hash. If you
feel it will survive long enough to make it to harvest, let it and
then freeze/make hash. Around your remaining plants, be sure to keep
the air moving! Stagnant air invites mold. The leaves should always be
rustling slightly, day and night. This aids the plant's transpiration
as well as inhibiting mold. Humidity should be kept lower if possible
as a plant nears maturity too.
Good luck!
