TWO Different nice bits of news.

They are both potentially very important.

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - A leading U.S. doctors group has endorsed using
marijuana for medical purposes, urging the government to roll back a
prohibition on using it to treat patients and supporting studies into
its medical applications.

The American College of Physicians, the second-largest doctors group
in the United States, issued a policy statement on medical marijuana
this week after it was approved by its governing body, the group said
on Friday.

glad to hear that *your* doctors aren't afraid or intimidated
sufficiently to say in public what has been known for 30 years. On the
other point, nice news for us "criminals" but we both know the odds of
it a) getting enough votes and b) becoming an actual legal law are slim
at best unfortunately. I *will* let people here know about that
aforementioned study, but too much other stuff (real life incorporated)
going on as well unfortunately right now.

I disagree, in Denver, especially recently, look it up, possessing
weed is generally accepted as less than a even a petty crime.

Thats from a generally right-wing Colorado
