According to Tribal Laws and Tradition, the plantation of Wild Hemp or
Cannabis (known as Bhang) & Opium (known as Afeem) is considered
perfectly legal. However, US Instituted Government in Afghanistan have
declared war on the local farmers by destroying crops. I understand
opium is considered a problem, but since there is a world shortage of
morphine. For less money than it cost to alienate local tribes by
destroying opium crops. The opium should be bought and distributed to
the parts of the world where medical morphine supply is short.

But, Hemp, Cannabis, has grown wild in Afghanistan for thousands of
years. Is a important crop and source for food / clothing and
cordage.

The bottom line is that if we were bringing democracy then why is Hemp
Outlawed and the U.S. involved in destroying Afghan Farmers Crops?
Being as most Afghans see this as dictatorship and tyranny. We
should learn about "blowback" from our policies. This War on Drugs
hurts the War on Terrorism and Also Shows that the bringing of
democracy to Afghanistan is complete BS.

Bush and Cheney aren't spreading democracy, in Afghanistan they are
extensions of the U.N.. According to the U.N. the chemicals THC in
marijuana / hemp are legal, but the plant itself should be illegal
because people smoke it, like it, and some tend to do it too much.

They are creating new customers for the big oil / cotton / pesticide /
pharmaceutical organization. The power structure of
compartmentalization. It is about money. and control. It was Bin
Laudin who was our enemy. Not the Afghan hemp and opium farmers.

Along Comes Al-Qaeda resisting foreigners who come in and destroy your
crops. Who are you going to side with?

Especially when it is and has been a intregal part of your religion
for thousands of years and the people who are killing your crops are
saying they are for freedom and freedom of religion? Kind of a
integrity crisis for America.
