An interesting idea Schmiddy. Just when I write you off you come up with
something interesting. The bottom of the ninth, two out, two strike home run so
to speak. Ok, how would that work? There's have to be a budget increase for the
beauracracy of the test. Taxes? Or diverting the money from elsewhere. I agree
with the principle that a drug addict shouldn't be eligible for government
assistance. I remember the owner of the local store in my neighborhood always
complaining because the bums came in and bought one hot pepper, for example, for
35 cents, paid for it with a $20.00 food stamp note and come directly back in
and buy alcohol with the change. How would a drug test solve that?
