Then why do people who smoke cannabis and nothing else not get any more cancer

Even though the smoke from smoking different kinds of leaves have
significantly different chemical compounds?

Tobacco smoking DEFINITELY causes cancer, emphysema, heart disease,
circulatory disease and bronchitis.

Cannabis smoking DEFINITELY causes bronchitis.

Cannabis smoking has not been shown to cause cancer, emphysema, heart disease
or circulatory disease.

How do you explain this fact if, as you believe, "smoking one kind of leaf ...
is not significantly different from any other kind"?
