Quest sounds familiar although I'm not sure if that means anything. I
think it might have been the same lab that did my test a bit more than a
year ago.
At any rate, it's too late to order home-test kits online. I did that
and I was passing all of them although I wasn't sure if the lab cut-off
would be more strict than the home-test kits, so I spent about $20-25 on
a drink from the local head shop. It may have been a waste of money, I
don't know, but to me it was well worth it for peace of mind and they
didn't complain about dilution.
I went in the afternoon (better than going in the morning, so I
understand - also backed up by my home-test kits) and also drank this
shit. Before I drank that, I had my usual several cups of coffee and
lots of water (I drink lots of water because I usually drink a lot (of
beer) anyway). I didn't drink any alcohol the day of the test, but did
the nite before.
You're a foot shorter than me and a little more than half my weight at
the time of my test, so don't drink yourself silly with water, coffee or
the stuff from the head shop, but I think it helps. There's a decent
chance you'll test clean without any extra effort although that's only
what I've gathered from reading a lot of stuff on the web before I took
my test. If you were a heavy smoker beforehand, it's riskier, but if
you were only an occasional toker, you might just do fine with no
attempt at dilution at all.
Of course, I cannot guarantee anything.
Best of luck to you.
