Yeah prolly, the extra light made some difference too I expect.

Yeah bottom line is the first couple months are about building the
highways that will carry the traffic above and below ground) needed
to produce and develop flowers.

I know. Just remember this is almost the most important skill in
cannabis culture. Its less important for some strains than others, but
just getting good ripe flowers (and then a proper cure) will give you
really good smoke from just about any variety.

You need to partition them into flowering and non-flowering. The
flowering plants must have ~12 hours uninterrupted darkness
consistently to properly produce and sustain floral development.

put up a black plastic sheet perhaps?

Yes, I would not add any more right now, but I would not remove them
either.

Well strictly speaking they wont be yucky, but the slower the better
for sure. Just keep in mind the underlying issue that you want the
plant to remain alive for as long as possible as they dry, Various
substances are breaking down and becoming more palatable.

Once they are cured/dried completely you can freeze them (in
appropriate glass or seal a meal type plastic) to preserve them for
long storage.

Like I said, just be real patient. (do keep the vegging and flowering
plants apart with respect to day length. Think of it this way : they
may all share light but the flowering plants must have their
uninterrupted night time of 12 hours. You can let them share light
till the eve, and then cover the fowering plants till morning. Or you
can have separate lights and timers for the two types of plants. with
18/6 or 20/4 for the vegging plants, and 12/12 for the flowers
