I take a daily regimen of Lexapro (escitalopram) 20mg and Wellbutrin XL
300mg. I just came across some DOI (2,5-dimethoxy-4-iodoamphetamine)
and am wondering if I should give the AD's a break for a week or two
before using it. Has anyone had experience in this area?

i was on both those medications too, just recently got off the
welbutrin. all i would say is be cautious of mixing the welbutrin with
amphetamines(its not real dangerous, but i would avoid it). welbutrin,
especially extended release kind, has a real long half life apparently,
so skip your dose for maybe 4 or 5 days (if you can safely). i never
really like welbutrin that much.

DOI will be less effective on either psychotropic medications listed.

DOI is an incredible hallucinogen. Take it when you are free from all other
drugs. Or, you could send it to me!
I'd take good care of it.

i cant say, cause honestly, i had never even heard of "DOI" until this
post. but ive done a lot of cocaine (the one thing that seems most
likely to cause serotonin syndrome) on both medicines with no problems
whatsoever.
