Jura Superstition

I just got given a bottle of Jura Superstition. I was never so keen on
Jura, but I took an instant liking to this expression.
Anyone had it? Anyone like it?

Peace,

Jock

I must admit I am a bit partial to Jura 16yo, but Superstition took me quite
by surprise. A pleasant surprise. Might have been the fact that I first
tasted it at the distillery two years ago, but I have had it on several
ocassions since then, and I still think it is a very decent dram.

Cheers,

Hi Jock,
I find Jura a bit of a non event when it's compaired to other
SSM's, but the Superstition is one fine dram. If I find a bottle at a
good price I will nearly always pick it up.

Hi folks,

Anyone interested in a decent Irish whisky with made along the lines
of a scotch might be interested in the Connemara from Cooley
Distillery (smallish distillery near Dublin)

http://www.connemarawhiskey.com/_connemara/awardsComments.asp

I'm not an expert on production techniques but apparently the
mechanism used to created typical peated whisky was/is used by Cooley.
It seems the results arent so bad.

It's peaty without being over-whelming - you can still enjoy the
underlying flavors. IMHO some peated whisky seem to be overkill and
dont have much bar the smokiness.
