That is the Dim Sum version. The newer style is a more agreeable green and doesnt need food. I'm a big fan of Taiwan teas. Alan ... their Pouchong yesterday and actually liked it. I'm not a big fan of green teas (mostly because greens and whites seem to make me a little spacey), but I think the slight oxidation of this tea appeals to me over a truly green tea. Thanks! Alan
