Having grown up in San Lorenzo, this interested me greatly. I have
always loved the Lorenzo Theatre (eventhough I've never been in it as
it has been closed down for many years.) I thought you might be
interested in seeing what has been going on with the property.
www.savethelorenzo.org. The foundation is working to preserve this
beautiful building. You may or may not know Diane Rinella, she is
involved with Save The Lorenzo currently and I believe may have been
involved with RKO years ago, I met her thru doing Rocky with Denton
Delinquents at the Bal Theatre in San Leandro. Anyway, just passing
that along.
