Seems to me it would be easy enough to line a loaf pan with layers of
falafel and layers of what? spiced and seasoned ground beef and lamb,
then bake?

I don't think i would want to use falafel mix in my meat loaf mix though
now that i come to think about it why not? i routinely use oat bran in
my ground beef meat loaf, why not falafel mix?

I think i might just give that a try tomorrow.

Maybe make up a cucumber yoghurt sauce to go with it.
