Nana's Sugar Cookies

1 cup butter
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
2/3 cup sugar
2 eggs -- well beaten
2 1/2 cups flour

Beat eggs.
Put butter, salt, vanilla in bowl. Blend. Add sugar and mix well. Add eggs.
Add flour. Blending well after each.
Drop from teaspoons onto cookie sheets. Let stand 10 minutes.
Bake 8 - 10 minutes at 375
