2 cup oats -- quick or instant
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup butter

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Mix oats and brown sugar. Mix in butter and vanilla.
Divide mixture evenly in 2 ungreased 8 inch square pans. Spread evenly.
Bake at 375
