JUSTME IMPLIES THAT AMERICAN VETERANS ARE DRUG AND ALCOHOL ABUSERS
"Hey Healy, I understand you work with other Vets trying to help them
in the category of drugs and alcohol. What are you their supplier???"

Naturally, the only people in need of a "supplier" would be those who
were abusers. By asking someone if he or she were a "supplier",
implies the prescence of abuse.
Since the only ones in need of "help" "in the category of drugs and
alcohol",
as justme puts it, would be the veterans.
Thus, justme has implied that American veterans are drug and alcohol
abusers.
