The National Shrine of the North American Martyrs in Auriesville, New
York will be celebrating Polish Day on Sunday, August 24th. Its just a
short ride from Connecticut. Pilgrimage services will start at 2 PM with
The Stations Of The Cross, recitation of The Holy Rosary, Benediction Of
The Blessed Sacrament, and confessins in both Polish and English. A
concelebrated Mass will be said at 4 PM with Bishop Francis R. Reiss
D.D., Auxiliary Bishop of Detroit, Michigan, as the main Celebrant and
Homilist. This event is sponsored by The Polish American Congress,
Central Division Of New York State, Rev. Carl A. Urban, Chaplain and
Chairperson. The Shrine is located in beautiful Mohawk Valley,
Auriesville, in eastern New York just 40 miles west of Albany. I hope to
