Hope there is a simple answer

Clean build OS leopard will require updates to be downloaded when
installation is complete. As I play with the OS a bit (as I'm learning Mac
OS) occasionally I don't want to have to download from web each time I
rebuild. My question then is: How do you download to a network share all
the required updates for the OS and MS Office 2008 etc. With windows I use
WSUS or the catalogue

I have to assume Apple have a method similar to save all the admins around
the world lots of grief when a new Mac (or a bunch of em) arrives on the
scene or a rebuild takes place?

Can anyone shed light on the matter?
