Following are some of the many great virtues of apostle of God.

HUMILITY

He was very humble. He was the caliph of all Muslims yet he would
randomly visit a Muslim's wife for head scratch/ lice check, meals, or
naps.

Bukhari, Volume 9, Book 87, Number 130:

Narrated Anas bin Malik:

Allah's Apostle used to visit Um Haram bint Milhan she was the wife of
'Ubada bin As-Samit. One day the Prophet visited her and she provided
him with food and started looking for lice in his head. Then Allah's
Apostle slept and afterwards woke up smiling.

MAN OF HIS WORD

When the 50 year old apostle married the 6 year old beauty Ayesha, her
father Abu Bakr told him not to have sex with her for 3 years. He gave
his word and waited for three years for consummation.
