Hi,

I'm seeking a free program that let's me add those cheesy themes
surrounding the picture - such as "It's a boy!" or "Happy Birthday"
with matching colors and graphics.

Ideally this would be a website where I could upload the image,
manipulate it, and then download an image suitable to make prints as
such a place like Kodak Easy Share site. But a downloadable executable
would be OK too.
