Why haven't you guys rid the group of this buffoon? Jeez!

Are there any freeware programs to keep track of prayer requests? I
have a friend who needs this, and I'm having trouble finding one.

Does anyone know of a proxy plugin for Outlook (not Outlook Express) that
can delete
unwanted mail from a POP3 server, rather than downloading it first and then
checking
if it's spam? Downloading it first defeats the purpose as I can just use
Outlook's
internal mail rules, but that wastes a lot of downloading time and
bandwidth.

Basically, I want something that does this:

(1) I click Send/Receive in Outlook.
(2) The proxy plugin evaluates all my mail on my POP3 server.
(3) It knows that any mail with a subject containing $, !, free, viagra, etc
are spam.
(4) It knows that any mail not addressed to me, or in my Contacts, is spam.
(5) It deletes mail in (3) and (4) directly off the POP3 server.
(6) Any remaining mail comes through to Oulook as expected, as it's not
spam.

Took it for a brief live spin on the laptop. Looks pretty sweet. Much
better than some of the previous attempts -- I guess that's why they're
saying this is the "first stable version".

It looks to be a real strong candidate for use on old beaters. It ran
great on my PIII-700MHz/512 Latitude. Then again, most any desktop Linux
does...
