Is there any application that can close all instances of running
processes without going to WTM?

When I exit IE7, iexplorer.exe is still running (many instances too) :-(

There are several for mp3's. In fact, I use one called mp3DirectCut. But I
can't locate a free WMA file cutter. Anyone know of one?

I'm looking for a freeware program or utility that will print large posters.
For example, I want to print a 20" wide x 30" high poster from a
high-resolution jpg file. I am planning on printing portions of the photo
on multiple sheets of high-resolution inkjet paper and splice them together
with butt joints taped on the reverse side. This would take eight 8-1/2" x
11" sheets. Since my printer requires a minimum margin of 1/4", I would
need to trim each sheet along the four sides.

I'm using Photoshop Elements version 2.0. I can easily resize the original
image but there is no provision for poster printing where I can line up
image crop marks to obtain accurate splices between the sheets.
