Got tired of the brain-dead online petitions, so I created one of my own.

I would also get something from your insurance showing where she can take
your daughter (within 25 to 30 miles of her home).

then go to the court and ask for a modification to the order and show that
she is attempting to deliberately take advantage of your child to get "even"
with you.

You will need to show a pattern of her using doctors / hospitals outside the
plan when your plan provides sufficient resources within the plan.

I would then suggest (if you have shared "legal" custody that you require
her by court order to see specific doctors / hospitals unless it is deemed a
medical emergency, and if she choses to use an ER in a NON medical emergency
that she have to pay the FULL bill!!)

Here's what you bloody idiots just don't get when you decide to divorce.

It means game over, you do not continue as is, everybody loses.

And who said little Johnny gets what ever he wants when the parents are
together?
I didn't get new pants and shoes every month, I was told we couldn't afford
new things.
Seems now the thing to do is get divorced and force Dad to pay for
everything regardless of his income.

SHe seems to be doing a lot of back peddling once I checked her on it.

I suspect she thought her story would get instant sympathy, but I'm really
not sure what she wants as she has all the support of government agencies
behind her and they can garnish his wages at any time.

We don't really know any of the facts, i'm just wondering how hwo this guy
got such a low rate?

Even when I was not working, I was expected to pay $100/wk.

I understand what you are saying, Robert. But that is not what my comment
was about. Here we have a guy who is working 4 jobs to make ends meet. He
is not paying the $156 that is due--so she goes to court for an INCREASE?
Because it is only "fair." She says she supports the child comfortably
herself--but she still wants an INCREASE because it is "fair'? Nonsense!

BTW, you "estimates" that your children consume $400 worth of food per month
are only estimeates. Keep track, and find out for sure. And buy what is
affordable. No NCP should have to pay extra CS...

What I dont understand is it sounds as if she isnt getting child support at
all....."His father has not paid one cent of his support and it's only
$156 "
I am a custodial parent and can understand her frustration. My ex-wife pays
$195 a month in child support (which she pays regularaly - but only because
it is garnished from her check if I had to collect it directly I would not
see a dime - the first 2 yrs prior to them garnishing the child support I
did not get a penny..) I recently went to court to collect a lousy $250 in
medical bills that we are supposed to split (and that is the only bills I
have submitted in over 3 yrs) I sent the bills to my ex as the court has
told me - she simply told me to "F*** off" that she wasnt going to pay them
so I next submitted them...

call the courts and ask for the form for modification of child support.
it normally will take 3 to 6 weeks to get in to get a modification, you will
normally have to pay a fee (normaly around $60) to get a modification.
it also takes another 2 to 4 weeks to get it put thru after the order is
submitted.
