Unpleasant my ass. Pregnancy is an enormous drain on a woman's body,
sometimes fatal (though less so in developed countries, yes), and can
result in economic hardship to her and her family.
Control over reproduction is a hallmark of the First World. If you want
to live in a Third World slum, please move instead of trying to create
one here.

Interesting scenario you propose. You're saying that forcible taking of
resources is unacceptable behavior. If a fetus is a "person", then it
would be wrong for the fetus to take resources from the woman without her
consent. Hence, she'd have the right to evict.
