I've become fascinated with this book and the authors' method for mixing
the dough. The book has a bunch of recipes for various doughs and their
use and I'm wondering if any of you have seen or have the book, have
tried other recipes, and your opinion of same. The book: "Artisan
Bread in Five Minutes a Day: The Discovery that Revolutionizes Home
