Does anyone do this? Mine are the Valtrompia tubes I bought from Pampered
Chef about 10 years ago, when the tubes came with a recipe to make your own
dough. I love the dough, which I make in my bread maker then I bake it in
the bread tubes. Only problem I have is keeping the lids on. Wondered if
anyone else does this and has any ideas. I baked 4 loaves this weekend and
the lids were popping off the bottoms and the tops and toppling over. I had
to practically stand next to the oven. I usually don't have this bad of a
problem. Must have had just the right conditions for the yeast this
weekend.
