"Why would the Messiah (as you claim) make a covenant with the Jews
for
only “one week” (seven years) and then in the “middle of the week put
a stop to sacrifice and grain offering”? Doe this make any logical
sense? I don’t think so. Can you show anywhere in scripture were it
says that Jesus made a covenant with anyone for “seven years”? "

The way I understand the scripture is, Jesus spent seven years
confirming a covenant, which was the subject of the whole plan of
salvation from the foundation, confirmed with many, Jews not specified
but included. Jesus was fulfilling Daniels 490 year prophesy,
beginning His confirming of the covenant exactly on time, being cut off
after three and a half years. What happened the remainder of the seven
years Paster Dave might know.

Jesus ended the daily sacrifices by replacing them, He had been the
Lamb of God since the foundation.
