Advanced Quality Assurance Engineer

Specific Responsibilities:

* Work with Director of Quality in developing and implementing
standards for deliverables at each Phase reviews and Technical reviews
during the product development process.

* Work with all functional groups to ensure that lessons learned items
are captured and incorporated into new product designs.

* Facilitate the implementation of appropriate changes to product,
process, system and procedures through the ECO process to prevent the
recurrence of reported nonconformities.

* Drive cross functional team through the NPI process that will result
in deliverables at each phase review.

* Facilitate appropriate team-oriented problem solving tools and
techniques (e.g. TOPS, 8D, KT, 6M’s, 7 Why’s, etc.)
