This is a PAID internship.
• Please note that you must be able to work a minimum of 30 hours/week.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Work with photographers and stylists to maintain visual integrity of shots and are composed in a clear and aesthetic manner.
• Will learn to use studio cameras, digital cameras, pedding, iris changes and control moves as well as operate jib in the live studio and Full Motion Studio.
• Understand all aspects of Product Display including verifying product number and description w/PAL, scripts, on- air graphics and digital image PAL.
• Dresses and stylize fashion mannequins while choosing the appropriate apparel and accessory selections for FMV display and web images.
• Work with FMV stylist to produce FMV display shots and web images according to standards that present the product in the best possible way to in order to maximize sales.
• Work with and learn to utilize a variety of computer programs including Adobe Photoshop, IBM, QBIS, Web Image Capture Application Image PAL, FMV Display reference, Image Maintenance and Microsoft Office Applications.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Must currently be enrolled in an accredited college or university.
• QVC will consider students who have completed at least four semesters of college in the following majors: Undergraduate degree in a related art field, photography, television production and/or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Must be able to work with Adobe PhotoShop and other related software.
• Strong communication skills and creative problem solving abilities required.
• Ability to work in a high volume and fast paced environment.
• Ability to trouble- shoot and solve production problems quickly.
• Should be proficient in studio protocol, policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word applications.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
