Description: Requisition Number 08-3740 Title Account Executive - Hospice City Uniontown State PA Description The Account Executive is responsible for establishing and developing new business contacts; maintaining current relationships; developing and implementing a sales and marketing plan. Covers the sales/marketing region assigned. Requirements QUALIFICATIONS 1. Bachelors Degree in business and/or management preferred. 2. Two (2) years sales experience in the health care industry. 3. Formal sales training. 4. Competent organizational skills. 5. Ability to handle stressful situations/deadlines. 6. Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills. 7. Must demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively with all members of the health care delivery team. 8. Demonstrates the ability to support the philosophy, objectives and goals of the hospice region. 9. Forecasts needs; sets priorities. 10. Knowledge of Federal/State rules and regulations, JCAHO standards, and other regulatory requirements. 11. Knowledge of physical, psychosocial and spiritual needs of terminally ill patients and their caregivers.
