As the IET Instrument Calibration team lead you will provide instrument support for the companys North American Operations Plants and Research Laboratories. You will develop your gas analyzer application & troubleshooting skills, grow your leadership skills, make improvements to team work processes, and contribute to the development of new technologies. This is a hands on opportunity to work with a very experienced team in our onsite Calibration Shop. You will be able to pursue your interests in a broad range of disciplines that include: .Instrumentation & Controls .Gas Analyzer Theory (Oxygen, Flammable gas, CO2, Moisture) .Pressure Transducer Calibration .Pressure Relief Valve Calibration .Laboratory Scale Flow Meter Repair/Calibration .Electronics Troubleshooting .Product Evaluation .Safety

Qualifications: Associates Degree in Electrical Technology or equivalent technical training with 5 - 10 years instrument calibration and team leadership experience. Demonstrated history of strong leadership and organization skills is required. Strong MS Office and Database skills are required. Experience with Continuous Improvement tools a plus.
