Description: POSITION SUMMARY: This position is responsible for preparing and maintaining the general ledger of several entities, analyzing monthly financial statements for these entities including footnotes and journal entries, preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual analysis of all balance sheet accounts. In addition, the General Ledger Accountant will be responsible for assisting with quarterly and annual reporting including supporting schedules and company wide account analysis.

RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Maintain the general ledger for all assigned entities.

2. Prepare monthly financial statements for assigned entities. Such reports will include accurate accruals of expenses and revenues and footnote explanations of variance from historical levels and /or budgeted amounts.

3. Reconcile and record consolidated cash activity on a monthly basis.

4. Perform monthly reconciliation
