Posting ID: ES/046281 This job is eligible for theRefer a Friendprogram. Description: Design and development of test equipment to measure AM, FM, Phase Noise on ultra low noise Military Radar. Basic Qualifications: Electrical Engineering Skills with emphasis in Radio Frequency (RF) testing and noise measurements in the frequency domain. BSEE with a minimum of 5 years experience. DoD Secret Clearance required or capable of obtaining this clearance. Preferred Qualifications: Test experience in RF Testing. Ability to design, develop and integrate AM, FM, and Phase noise measurement test systems used to perform acceptance testing of pulsed doppler radars and radar sub-assemblies. Also specify design and performance requirements of vendor supplied measurement systems and sub-assemblies. Dake direction from senior RF Test Engineer. Work closely with radar design engineers to establish testing requirements on current and future systems. Perform troubleshooting and test problem resolution. Make minor changes to Test Program Set Hardware and Software. Review test data for accuracy, measurement trends, and statistical analysis. Provide test yield analysis and test yield problem resolution. Train and assist test technicians with testing and production test problems. Some test software experience is beneficial.
