The responsibilities of this senior sales management position include managing and directing ABC National Television Sales, Inc. regional sales offices; overseeing their sales efforts on behalf of the ten ABC Owned Television Stations and various sports properties; developing new business opportunities; creating and administering revenue and expense budgets.

Requirements of the position include excellent leadership, motivational and communication abilities; proven sales and marketing development ability; creative and strategic thinking and a high level of organizational skills. A minimum of ten years experience in the television industry, preferably local station and/or multi-rep station sales, including a minimum of five years in management are required. Also required are PC proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet knowledge).

College Degree preferred.
