You may have seen this - it was mentioned on TOG - I laughed so hard my
face hurt when reading some of these entries.

The blog is not active but they left it up - it's truly funny,
especially when I'm sure most of us have made or seen this stuff in our
lifetimes!

I've been told a dozen times that I should post my boring stories in a
blog, so I did just that last night... or the night before.
Check it out... it's called Unpasteurised

What we have I have set to 657px wide... I can't remember what you
suggested, but no more than 800px, please.

Bought a huge steak on Saturday, at the church fete, and decided tonight
to cook it. I made brinjal, picked some lettuce, grated potato for
rosti (I think), and then went to cook the steak.
Heated the pan nicely, good and hot! Put salt and pepper on the meat,
and then threw the meat into the pan to try to get it all in (I did say
it was a huge steak). And as I did that the piping hot oil splashed out
onto my face, neck, and wrist.
Sigh.
I ran out and got some bulbinella to put on, and carried on cooking the
meat, but it very soon started to hurt like hell.
So that's where I am now - in hell.
Oh well... never a dull moment.
Merieh (the bulldog bitch) has huge septic patches on her sides, Fiela
(the Jack Russel cross) has a broken jaw, I have a burned face, Bandit
(the new bulldog male) has clogged anal glands, the chickens have
scaly-leg mites, and we all have fleas.

Oh! I am wetting myself! You *must* go here and watch this YouTube
presentation of a lady earnestly offering her rendition of the
well-known Mariah Carey song, 'Ken Lee'.
http://failblog.org/page/3/
Scroll down and look for the label 'Language Fail' and play the video.
Read the subtitles with an open mind and a careful ear. And have tissues
close by! LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL!
DS is still weeping...

You walk up to the checkout desk with some books in hand. BEFORE you
hand over your card, the librarian has turned to the Hold shelf behind
her and transferred over half of its contents to the pile in front of
you waiting to be borrowed.
Yes, the librarians at my local library branch know me by sight! I
use their Hold facility a lot - I can browse any of the five linked
branches then get my choices of books delivered to my local branch for
borrowing. It makes life a lot easier as I can't drive to the other
branches (no licence and no possibility of getting one) and the local
branch is the smallest of the five.
