Considering that developing energy-efficient products and technologies can
be a winner, anyway, it's probably a smart move.
Green tech is going to get developed even if there's no public policy push
to reduce greenhouse gasses and it has as much to do with the capital cost
of electrical generation and transmission as it does with anything else.
