I ordered new engine parts from Aikens-Tramadol ATV and received what
appeared to be used parts. They were dirty and smelled of worn grease. When
I called the service manager, he told me it was normal for engine parts to
be lightly covered with a lubricant. I asked for my money back but was told
they only did refunds for new parts. I told him they were new parts!!!!
