The wife gets up to go to work this morning, at 5:00 or so, notices both
quads ('07 700 raptor gytr and an '04 dvx 400) are MISSING. Did a drive
around town, and found them both crammed in the bushes about 100' or so
down the road. Probably kids, because it can be seen where they tried to
bump start them right before giving up and ditching them. Not before
they ripped out the little handlebar dash that contains the ignition

not sure which are good and which aren't. Also, I've looked at some of
the security chain/lock systems, but don't really...

Usually shooting at them is not necessary, as a shot over their heads is
usually enough to make them shit themselves and run!
Bob
ps, mine is locked in a shed that has security!

True, but I'd rather see the little pricks locked up with a bunch of
sodomites or such.

See links below, there are several options:

http://www.sasproducts.com/acatalog/ATV.html

http://www.loxsit.com/installation.aspx

http://www.bikebone.com/page/BBSC/PROD/ATV/DS500

http://www.durasafe-usa.com/wheel.htm

Good luck, I agree the 12 gauge isn't an option unless you are in danger,
but it would sure be nice to fill there arse with some rock salt...
