The following postings are emails that I have received from individuals that had personal experiences with All New Sports. These have all been received between March and August 2008. The email messages are all verbatim, no changes have been made. What may be most interesting, the last message refers to a new website that has gone online that is almost identical to All New Sports called Alite Scooters. We're checking to see if the same people are running it too. The web address is
www.alitescooters.com. - David
Update, August 29, 2008...as Christine in Florida has just confirmed,

Hi Mr. Hampton,
I just contacted the BBB in Edmond, OK and was informed that All New Sport and Alite Scooter have the same owner: Bryan Nguyen, and suggested that I get in touch with the State Attorney in Kansas to let them know. We ordered the scooter on 7/16/08 and get shipped to us on 8/1/08. We refused to accept the damaged merchandise. They are very deceitful and rude; they tried to get us to accept the damaged scooter. Now, they hold us to be responsible for the shipping charge. We have placed a dispute with our credit card company to get a full refund. Meanwhile, I will contact the State Attorney in Kansas to make them aware that Alite Scooter in OK is All New Sport in Kansas.
Thank you for helping in putting the public on notice!

I purchased the Bali 150 cc touring also about 6 months ago and when I received it, it was in the shop 2 weeks later getting the brace for the exhaust welded back together, then about 3 weeks after that, that nut for the back axle fell off the axle and basically destroyed the whole inside of the back wheel and was in the shop a 3rd time getting that repair which took about a month. Within the next month we were driving down the highway and the bike just died and would not start leaving me stranded in the middle of the highway. I took it immediately back to the shop, that was over a month ago and it's still in the shop. This bike has spent more time in the shop than being driven by me. We all need to seriously get together and file a lawsuit in one way or another and get all of us compensated for out tremendous losses we all had to endure. I still have all my receipts etc as I'm sure most of us that have purchased this bike and I demand immediate action. If any one knows the proper steps to take to bring them to justice and compensate us for our losses, PLEASE let me know.

I purchased a 4 wheeler from All New Sports in Kansas. After 45 minutes of run time, the engine quit running and oil started pouring out from the top. I sent the engine to Dallas per Carl, Parts manager at All New Sports and it was inspected by Jenny. After she inspected it I was told that they were not going to warrant the engine because I did not change the oil often enough. Like I explained to them, I bought the ATV on November 27, 2007. I assembled it, had it inspected by a certified mechanic and it sat in my shop until Christmas and was given to my 8 year old son. On January 9th, the engine quit. Even if he ran it everyday, it still shouldn
